Located one short mile from the lake and the quaint village of Schroon Lake, this historic home boasts walls of stone and golden knotty pine along with plenty of modern amenities to ensure everyone is comfortable. Prepare meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the table for six or bring out the board games on rainy or snowy days. The living area features a futon, comfortable chairs, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. And outdoors, enjoy the expansive yard where the kids can run and play while you toss something special on the gas grill, and then gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows, tell stories, and watch the stars come out. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
