Our 35 unit motel is family owned and operated since 1995, offering clean, quiet rooms and at door parking. The Hills Inn motel offers the only outdoor swimming pool in Hot Springs. Guests enjoy a free round of miniature golf next door. A microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer and recliner are included in every room. This motel offers free 100Mbps Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast daily from 7AM to 9AM, including biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, and fresh fruit options. Vending machines with drinks are available to all guests. Laundry facilities is also featured on site. Guests may enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Freedom Trail river walk, located just steps away from the motel. This motel is conveniently located in the Southern Black Hills near multiple must-see attractions. As on 2024, all rooms have new pillow-top mattresses! A microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer and recliner are included in every room. Guests enjoy a free round of miniature golf next door with room purchase!
