I grew up in Hershey, PA in the US, and moved west after graduating college to pursue a Master’s Degree. After years of working in the tech industry, and owning a tech firm, I switched gears to pursue my growing 2 passions; real estate and the mountains. For years I owned long-term investment properties. In 2016 I made the switch to vacation rentals, seeing the opportunity to both enjoy these beautiful spaces and also share them with others. The long-term pet fee (28+ nights) is one hundred fifty dollars per dog per month, or ninety-five dollars per month for non-shedding dogs on the list. The Happy Paws Promotion offers a discounted rate of fifty dollars per month for non-shedding dogs and ninety-five dollars per month for regular pets. About the area: Lake Arrowhead is in the mountains at about 5,500 feet. The main highlight is the change of seasons & clean crisp air. The temperature in the summer is approximately 15 degrees cooler than other areas at lower altitudes. In the winter, there is snow. It is incredibly beautiful & peaceful with lots of trees. It is more of a small-town feel with narrow roads in the Villas where the cottage is located. The Village at Lake Arrowhead sits on the lake. There are shops & restaurants at the Village & the Arrowhead Resort & Spa is close by. The Tudor house is nearby & if you search around you can read more about Bugsy's former gathering place where there is entertainment weekly & they have an excellent brunch. The 2nd part of the property with a separate entrance in the back is at times rented separately. There are no shared walls as the storage area & closet sit between the two spaces.
