Bungalow 7 is a family-friendly historic home that is in close proximity to your favorite downtown Wilmington spots. It is just 3 short blocks from Castle St. restaurant/retail and 7 blocks from the picturesque downtown riverfront. We have on-street, free, ample parking, so you get a downtown location without downtown headaches. You'll love the front porch for your morning coffee and your evening night cap. This 3-bedroom home has an eat-in kitchen and fenced-in backyard with outdoor dining.
Welcome to Wilmington! We love sharing our historic Bungalow with guests coming in from out of town who appreciate the personality of an older home and it's location!
We love how walkable downtown Wilmington is from our home. We get to enjoy "the downtown life" with coastal vibes. We tend to head to Castle Street, Market, or Front street for all the fun, food and entertainment.
