The bunkhouse is a refurbished goat barn that is nestled in the corner of Sugar Camp Ranch. It is very clean and comfy with unique features like reclaimed metal ceilings and original beams to the barn. A fun farm experience while being near 3 of our local springs and the Santa Fe River. We are located near two charming little towns with lots of local shops and centrally located between Lake City and Gainesville Florida.

Sugar Camp consists of The Maxwell's as well as our daughter and their children. Everyone pitches in to manage the day to day operation of the farm. Tours and horse riding lessons are available for an additional charge and advance scheduling.

The Bunkhouse is in a rural area, but reasonably close to a grocery store, fuel, and restaurants. We are within 20 minutes of Alachua Florida, called the Dreamiest Florida Town by Southern Living Magazine.
