We love meeting fellow Tolkien fans and hearing our guests' stories. Our unique space inspires lots of questions, and we're happy to answer them. This is truly ecotourism, but it just feels like magic. Food is a Hobbit's love language, and you'll feel loved while you're here!

Property info

Staying in one of our four hobbit holes will make you feel like you're in Tolkien's Shire. Set on 40 acres and surrounded by a 1000-acre ranch, the property has walking trails, wildlife and easy paved access from Highway 299. Make this your base camp as you explore Shasta and Lassen or just bring a good book and relax in hobbit-style luxury.

Private, quiet and peaceful - this property is just remote enough to offer beautiful stargazing and a connection with nature, but a quick 15-minute drive gets you to restaurants, shopping and activities in nearby Redding.
