Newly built guesthouse located in the downtown of beautiful Bluffton, SC. Close to community park and pool, and an easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Hilton Head Island is only 25min away.

The neighborhood is surrounded with many shopping malls, such as Tanger 1 and Tanger 2, which are only 10 min away. Plenty local restaurants in Old Town Bluffton that are walking distance from the property. Grocery stores such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Publix and Kroger are approximately only 5 to 10 minutes away. Old Town Historic Bluffton is within walking distance from the property, that has many local art galleries, restaurants and churches. Hilton Head Island is located only 25 minutes away, that offers plenty of golf courses, beautiful beaches, live music and parks. Best way to get around is by car, taxi (Uber/Lyft limited availability) or biking.
