🌟 Excellent apartment, on the 21st floor of the Hyde Resort and Residences Tower in North Hollywood with partial views of the sea, Intercostal, and the beach. Privileged location, steps from the luxury Sunny Islands, and near the Aventura Mall, the best shopping in town. When checking in you pay the Hotel Management their fees (Not included in our rate): - 250 Security Deposit - Service Fee+Hospitality Fee, 10.20 - Resort Fee: 40 daily x apartment. It includes: 2 loungers at the beach x day, loungers, umbrellas & towels in the pool area, Free Wifi, Gym. - Valet Parking (only if you park at the Resort) 1 to 7 days, 35 x days. *PET FEE: 1 dog, 15 daily. - 2 dogs, 20 daily. *ADDITIONALS: Upon request for a fee. Please, contact the owner on his cellphone. - Refresh, 60 - cleaning only - Complete, 160 - linens and towels rechange - Fresh towels, 30 - set of 4 towels *Free Pack and play, available upon request. Bring your linens for it. * We leave as a courtesy some cleaning items, so you don't have to go shopping as soon as you arrive, but we don't provide a replacement.
