This three-bedroom home is located on the south side of Wallowa Lake and just a short block walk to all the activities at the resort side of Wallowa Lake like the Wallowa Lake Tramway and the Wallowa Lake Marina! A large open floor plan keeps all of the family together while staying at this great home. The living room has large picture windows in it with tree line views giving you the feeling of being in a treehouse. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences of home and also a door out onto the private wraparound deck! The main floor bedrooms offer a queen bedroom and a king bedroom and a bathroom. Climb a spiral staircase and there is a large loft with two queens and two twins and another private full bathroom. One of our favorite things about this home is that it has a cabin in the woods feel but is updated. There are plenty of area-relevant photos and information that gives you a unique look into what life in Wallowa County may have looked like years long ago. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal bbqs are available from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. BBQs are propane and tanks are provided. We strongly encourage you to review your tank level in the morning and if a replacement is needed please reach out to your local contact for a tank replacement. Occupancy and parking can not be exceeded. No fires or firepits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions but the propane fireplace is allowed.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
