We are both from Moab and recently purchased this property. The oldest home on the property is my husbands great grandfathers home and it's been restored and comfortably furnished.

Property info

Previously a bed and breakfast and now a vacation rental property in downtown Moab, Cali Cochitta features 4 rental units. The first, "The Main House", is a turn of the century home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The second space is "The Guest House" this home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7. The third space is "The Willow Cottage" studio cottage sleeping 2 with a bathroom and small kitchenette. The fourth space "The Garden Cottage" sleeps 3, bathroom, kitchenette and twin size sleeper sofa. Cali Cochitta is the perfect place to meet other guests from around the world or makes the perfect venue for a small wedding or family reunion.

Neighborhood info

You couldn't as for a better location. We are only 2 block east of the main street. Conveniently located within walking distance to all restaurants and shops yet in a quiet little neighborhood.
