Property info

I had a dream of someday owning a place by the beach. In 2021, We finally made it happen. We bought at Calypso Tower 3, in Panama City Beach. I know you will love our place as much as we do. I'm always sad when we have to leave! The location and views are amazing. In the morning, it is so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. At night, you can sit and have a romantic dinner and watch some of the most mesmerizing sunsets I have ever seen. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 1321 sq. ft. of interior living space that sleeps 9. The balcony is 150 sq. ft. with lots of seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The Kitchen is decked out with everything you could possibly need to cook those special meals. You will find luxury linens and towels in our bedrooms. I want you to feel like you are in heaven and being pampered. Enjoy your stay! Please note in 2024 our pool will be closed in March and maybe part of April. You will have access to the pools on the beach at Tower 1 &2. Its a new building and we are doing testing for our warranty. There may be construction here and there. I have lowered my prices to make up for this. So if you can handle a little construction here and there you are getting a great deal to come check out our place. By next year it should all be complete and you will already be comfortable at the greatest resort in PCB! Kelly LeFevre

Neighborhood info

We are right next to Pier Park so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants! The beach is across the street and the sunset views are amazing. Ocean view!
