No Pets Allowed.. Home was completely remodeled in 2019. Located directly across the street from Shamel Park and the sandy beach, with no homes or rooftops to obstruct your views! This home has panoramic ocean views from nearly every window in the house, framed only by Moonstone beach and Pacific Coast Cypress trees. This elegant modern beach sanctuary has been completely renovated with all new tile flooring throughout, a new kitchen, all new baths, lighting, paint and more. The contemporary open concept living area embraces a bright, airy, and relaxing beach retreat sensitivity. The half bath is on the main level, while the two additional bedrooms, another full bath, and laundry, are downstairs from the living area.
