we love to travel and have travel to many parts of the world. With this passion of travel, we decided to hosting guests in our homes and create a very pleasant and comfortable travel experience.

Property info

This new construction townhome summer 2021 is located in a small gated community 15 mins from downtown Atlanta. Just 10 miles from the ATL airport, which is a quick and cheap uber ride to relaxation. In addition, the home is in close proximity to all Atlanta attractions including but not limited to Tyler Perry Studios, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football Hall of Fame, Civil Rights Museum, and the Martin Luther King Center.

PARKING: PLEASE READ PARKING: Important parking information We have limited parking within the gated area so each unit has only (1) dedicated spot . If you happen to bring in a 2nd car , you would have to block your car in at your dedicated spot marked on the property. Apt B and C can move up on the grass/tree and get another car behind them. Please do not block other guests in. Alternatively you can park next door on the side of the restaurant during day but we wouldn't recommend parking outside our gated community at night time. If you have guests coming in please have them park on the other side of the chicken restaurant and walk through the pedestrian gate ( code will be provided at check in ) .Please don't have your guests park within the gates if you have already used your parking spot. If this is a deal breaker for you we would understand if you need to cancel the reservation
