Check-in Policies - Upon arrival, you may check-in in-person at the front desk. Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. The lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All entrance doors to the hotel will be locked from 6pm to 6am, a code is needed to gain entry to the Hotel after hours. This code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult. No refund is available for early departures once you have checked in.

Parking Policies - You will receive 1 parking pass at check-in. Two bedrooms or larger will receive 2 parking permits.

Please note that parking garage is located 1 block from hotel. Daily housekeeping is not provided.

Pet Policy - No pets or ESA animals are accepted. ADA service animals are always welcome.

Complimentary Breakfast - 2 complimentary passes will be provided for each day of your stay. Breakfast is a full buffet and located at Magnolia's at 26th, which is across the street from the hotel.

Smoking Policies - This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind—including cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances—is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies, or in any public areas of the property. Violations will result in a cleaning fee charged to the room account and may lead to eviction.

Other Policies - We are a limited service facility and daily housekeeping isn't provided. Room towels are provided for the unit you are staying and are for in-room use only. If you have a specific accessibility requirement, please let us know at time of booking.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
