Sandyland Studio condo offers easy access to a day of beachside fun, vibrant shopping and a diverse array of restaurants and eateries ranging from cozy cafes to upscale dining establishments along Linden Ave. Our fully furnished studio condo with a full size kitchen & bathroom can sleep up to 4 people. Ample parking, coin laundry, and a heated pool lend to a dream vacation rental experience for maximum comfort and relaxation.

I grew up in Washington State and now reside in Los Angeles. I am an entrepreneur and love to travel!

Sandyland Studio is located right across the street from the Elm Street Entrance to Carpinteria Beach! It is blocks away from the main downtown strips that boasts local Breweries, Restaurants, Shopping, Coffee Shops as well as the Amtrak station. Walking distance to explore the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park as well as trails through the bluffs that take you to the Seal Sanctuary viewing area.
