Make lasting memories at Casa Antigua, a unique and family-friendly Spanish villa in Cocoa's historic 1920s neighborhood. This 1,500 sq ft home boasts original hardwood floors, a hand-carved fireplace, and period tile. Enjoy the private pool, lush garden, and spacious yard perfect for pets. Walk or bike to Cocoa Village for shops and dining. Plenty of parking for RVs, trailers, and boats. Experience elegant old Florida charm in this architectural gem.
