Safe, relaxing, and quiet town home located in new development in south west Atlanta. Close to airport and also to downtown Atlanta. Convenient to public transportation and local restaurants.
Host lives on premises and runs business in lower level. Travels quite a bit. Request interdependent, organized, and reliable guest to take over master bedroom that has private bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and tub.
This is a relatively new community. Development began in 2016. had to halt in 2008 due to market crash. Resumed building in 2017.
