Clean Quiet home with MidCentury furnishings; local art. Feels like a retreat Main level of home. One bedroom, queen bed adjacent to bathroom;tub with shower Fully stocked Kitchen-Super clean Solar&Geothermal,Air recirculation unit. Green Home Certified. Thermostat is controlled by NEST. Please indicate temperature. No Smokers,Vapers,Drugs,Animals including service animals,Children;Photo shoots or Parties on property. Centrally located, 30 min to 7 ski resorts & mountain trails. 6.5 miles to town. 15min to UofU stadium. WIFI Free street Parking

I Love Biking and Weight lifting. I ride a scooter when the sun is out. I power lift I eat out I wear lipstick I eat plant based. I love yard work Texting 24/7 is permitted. There is a garage that is used periodically and when the garage door is used, it makes noise that can possibly be heard inside the Airbnb home.

All homes in this community are run on solar or geothermal heating, and meets Energy Star 3.0 for energy efficiency. Energy Star qualified homes protect the environment by using less energy. My Airbnb is both Solar and Geothermal. Since most guests aren't familiar with how a Geo thermostat works it isn't available for guests to adjust. Please let me know your temperature preference and I will adjust it for you. This might sound like a pain but I don't mind changing it at your request. The cost of replacement is too high to risk. Thanks for understanding TRAX is a 1 mile walk. I recommend UBER or LYFT Close easy freeway access. 10 minutes to downtown SLC, 15 minutes to airport, 30 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley. 3.5 hours to Moab. 2 hours to Wendover. 6 hours to Vegas. 2 hours to Bryce Canyon, 4.5 hours to Zions, 1.5 hours to Logan, U of U 15 min drive.
