A place for families to gather but also offers space for privacy. Home is located 15-20 minutes from the action; whether you are heading to the mountain resorts or downtown SLC. Kitchen is remodeled and fully equipped; including a coffee/tea bar to enjoy and a gas grill on the patio. Grocery store is 2 minutes from home, or instead dine-out at a wonderful, local restaurant. Cozy family room with fireplace, high speed internet, 3 HD TVs: in family room, master bedroom and bunk room. 3 full bathrooms which include "just in case you forgot" toiletries, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All linens and towels provided. Private hot tub. If this unit is unavailable look at "sister unit" 9383814. (same amenities and floor plan). We provide personal service to make your stay enjoyable and 5 stars.
We are Jim and Lisa Fluty and are excited to welcome you to our property. Originally from upstate NY, after college we headed south then west. We have two sons, Nick and Michael. They were born in different states, raised in Utah and schooled in New England. As frequent travelers, we know what a great guest experience should be and we strive to provide each guest with a 5 star stay.
quiet cul-de-sac near shopping, freeways and minutes from Big (Solitude and Brighton)and Little (Alta and Snowbird) Cottonwood Canyons Resorts. 30 minutes from Park City, Deer Valley and Sundance Resorts. 20 minutes to downtown SLC.
