This lovely 4BR chalet with brand new hot tub is located less than a half mile from the Sugarbush Mt Ellen parking lot and only a 5 min drive to Lincoln Peak or Mad River Glen, as well as the restaurants and shops of Waitsfield. The home boasts an open layout kitchen/dining/living area and splits the bed & bathrooms evenly between both floors. The outdoor space has everything you need including a large deck with seating and table, a unique fire pit, plenty of parking and of course the hot tub.

Neighborhood info

The house is located at the end of a private neighborhood in the woods in Fayston, VT. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially later in the evening.
