Historic Watts Hospital-Hillandale is one of Durham’s most sought-after neighborhoods, both for its history and prime location. The former Watts Hospital is now home to the prestigious North Carolina School of Science & Math (Go, Unicorns!). Club Boulevard, our main drag, is home to the best treats on Halloween, attracting thousands of costumed kiddos from all over Durham annually. This welcoming family neighborhood is also just a few blocks from the bustling 9th Street & Broad Street restaurant and shopping districts - your morning coffee, grocery shopping and dinner out are all within 1 mile. We love that we can enjoy the peace and quiet on our street, and within a 15 minute walk be in the middle of everything.
