Experience Savannah like a local from this conveniently located condo in an old historic home. Perfectly positioned for exploring the city's rich history, vibrant food scene and nightlife. Just 3 blocks from iconic Forsyth Park, less than a mile from River St and City Market. Access to the free dot trolly if you prefer to ride then walk. Enjoy the convince of the only grocery store one block away. With unbeatable walkability, thoughtful amenities and a prime downtown setting this condo makes it easy to experience everything Savannah has to offer by day and night.
We have lived in Savannah for over 20 years. We love the history and charm of the city. We are big foodies so please ask for recommendations. We even have a book on the table with our favorites. We hope you fall in love with our city and enjoy it as much as we do.
