It has all the appliances and utensils needed. The first floor has an open floor plan with a double bed. There is ladder access to a rustic second floor bedroom with 2 twin beds, a futon, TV, and a work space. There is a half bathroom which includes hot and cold water to the sink and shower. No toilet inside. There is a port-a-john outside. It is very clean and well maintained. Sit on the porch looking out over the fire ring and 10 wooded acres. Plenty of parking.
