This rural, dreamy home features a raised basement with an inviting den area offering comfy sofas, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer. The second level has a spacious living room with a smart TV and a DVD player, a sun deck, a galley-style kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals for the group, and a dining area with plenty of windows that allows you to enjoy a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The porch/living area offers another inviting seating area with another smart TV. There are two additional bedrooms with a sundeck on the third floor. To purchase a beach pass, contact Vacasa Per the Suissevale association regulations, vacation rental guests may not use the beach on Saturdays. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.
