This chic remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC & sleeps up to 4 people. Located on an upper floor, you can enjoy your morning coffee on a private lanai (balcony) while taking in sweeping views of the ocean and Haleakala. We offer a smart TV and upgraded wifi. This one bedroom uses a premium split air conditioning system which provides a quiet and elevated level of comfort. You can prepare and enjoy full meals inside the condo, use the BBQ facilities or just walk outside as our central location provides easy access to top notch restaurants. Kama’ole Shopping Center is within a couple of blocks with many well known shops and all around are some of Maui's most popular activities and attractions. NOTE: To stay at this property you will need to adhere to house rules, as well as provide a valid phone and email (condo regulation) so the host can pre-register you with the condo association and the front desk before your arrival.

It’s centrally located in sunny South Kihei where the weather is mild and beautiful almost year round. It’s steps away from world-class Kamaole beaches with Kama’ole Beach II directly across the street. This beach is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard station. It is a great beach for swimming, snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and turtle sightings, as well as catching perfect sunsets and waves. The condo is also within walking distance to shopping and amazing restaurants.
