We have breathtaking views all around the estate, one of the best views in all of Prescott. We are behind a private gate with a lot of space for parking. Guests mention how peaceful, quiet with just sounds of nature around. It is star filled nights with very dark skys, best for star gazing. Decks surround the home for lots of sitting, talking , looking around, and socializing. You have lots of space to spread out and not feel crowded. We have Wi-fi, Flat screen smart TV with 600 hundred free channels. We are 3 miles from famous Whiskey Row, 1 mile from 5 recognized restaurants and an excellent movie theatre. Hiking trails and bike trails right from the driveway. We are next to Prescott National Forest as our fence. Many wild animals will roam around the property during the day & night, never know what you may see. This estate is very unique ,private for a business traveler, couple get-a-away & smaller families. Read our reviews you will not be disappointed!!!
We know Prescott and the area very well after years we can have great ideas for you to explore. My wife and I live at the Villa in order that we may assist you in any way that we can. We as our high rated reviews show we are very social and friendly to every lifestyle, every type of person or couples or groups there may be. We are baby-boomers , professionals, and college educated. We have our own 3 older sons who moved out a long time ago with 7 grandkids already. We are very family oriented. It is great to share during the family style living room, all guests when they check out wish they could stay longer, and really liked the relaxation, tranquil and rejuvenating stay they experienced .
Prescott is one of the last real Wild West towns in the Western part of the US. We have modern day adventure with hiking , marathons, sporting events of all sorts from golfing, cycling races, softball, soccer, hockey, mountain biking, wrestling playoffs and volleyball playoffs, canoeing. There are 5 lakes near by, small mall, very unique old town square as it was over 100 years ago. It is a lot of fun downtown at Whiskey Row, even if you don't drink nor dance. With numerous types of shops, places to eat from Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Western,BBQ, Health Food, Fast Food, Festive Foods. No rush, easy going, polite town people. Any car or truck you drive is just fine, no one really cares. We have many car shows, bikers, even air shows near by. Chisolm Trails End is located just next to the Towns historical landmark "P" on the mountain, with a 55 miles loop mountain trails and only one lane road in and one road out. The Villa actually overlooks from the horizon of Sliegman to San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff. View of Sedona and Mt. Williams of the Grand Canyon. From the decks there are grand views with Pine tree forest, praire , high chapporal, just breath taking views !
