It is like your own personal cove. This is one of the most beautiful spots we offer on the Smith Lake. NEW Driveway recently upgraded! Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an outdoor entertainment building for gathering together. There are three refrigerators for your convenience and storage needs. Four new televisions (32 inch upstairs in childrens' sleeping area, 40 in. on the main level, 55 inch in the lower den, 55 in. in the outdoor entertainment building). Gas grill. This house is located on a beautiful 3 acre private lot which backs up to natural forest and Clear Creek Recreation area. Gorgeous aluminum double decker dock, swim dock and fishing pier. Easy walk to the dock with zero steps. One slip available for renter's use. Size of slip: 9' x 24' with an 8' ceiling. Power on dock. Paddle boat for the renters use as well as a corn hole game for the yard. Lakeside firepit with provided firewood. Bedroom #1: Queen size bed- main level Bedroom #2: Queen size bed - main level Bedroom #3: King size bed - main level Bedroom #4: Queen size bed and Full size bed - second floor Sleeps 10 in beds. Maximum occupancy : 12 Wifi Internet through STARLINK. Very fast internet speed. Boat launch located conveniently less than 5 minutes from the house, in Clear Creek Recreation area. There is a place to buy Ice where you put your boat in, less than 5 miles from the house. The house borders Clear Creek Recreation area, which is great for hiking and sight seeing.
