Comfortable 3 full bedroom house with swimming pool. Centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac. 20 minutes drive to Clearwater beach, 30 minutes drive to St Pete beach, Tampa Bay, and St. Petersburg metropolises. Minutes walk to a public golf course. This is a two-story 4 bedrooms 2400 sq. house BUT only 3 bedrooms, ALL upstairs, are available to the guests but I DO NOT live in the house or premises. The house is only four years old and the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. There is a guest bathroom downstairs, and a guest full bathroom upstairs. The patio is very well maintained and is a great place for entertainment. The pool is not heated but it's caged with temperatures of approximately 72 degrees depending on the weather. There is a grill and its fully accessible with gas tank provided. Very quiet, modern, cozy and private place. The deposit is fully refundable if no claims are made, by me, within 48 hours. Airbnb holds the deposit for the guest(s). Lovely house, and well maintained. Am certain you'll enjoy the space. The guests have access to entire house except the 4th bedroom which is locked at all time. A very clean, tidy, quiet, and neat place.

Am very family oriented, self-disciplined, passionate and friendly. My hobbies are traveling, tennis, basketball, and volunteering, just to name a few. My favorite movies are Casablanca, Troy, Godfather (all three) and The way we were. My life motto is, hard work always pays off.
Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the malls, celebration station, Walmart, target, pub-lix, as well as clearwater beach. Walking distance to a public golf course.
