New to the rental market for 2025, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your next Sea Pines vacation! The living area features a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area seats 4 and has access to the patio area, complete with a grill (charcoal not provided). Beyond the dining area, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to the bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
