This is not a hotel, we have a room with a queen size bed and bathroom for guests in our private home. Both are used only by guests. Smoking is allowed outside on our covered deck that is away from the house. We have 3 terrier dogs, they bark when guests arrive but settle down quickly. If you are not a dog person my home is probably not the best place for you to stay. They are not allowed in the private room however the rest of the house is their home. Also, the room is on the small side, so if you have large pieces of luggage or several pieces you may be a bit cramped in the room. I try and welcome my guests in person to make them feel comfortable in my home. However, at times guests may have to do self check, depending on arrival time. I also try and have open communication with my guests and appreciate the same in return. Also, I do not accept same day reservations, 3 day advance notice required.

My husband and I are retired, we moved here from Southern California to be near our daughter, SIL, and grandsons. We have 3 dogs that are very friendly and love people. I enjoy opening my home to guests from all over the world and enjoy speaking with them. It is my goal to make my guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible in my home.

Our house is in a quiet, safe, and well established neighborhood. We are within a couple of hours of 3 National Parks. We are close to the Fresno Airport, Fresno State, Old Town Clovis, Hwy 168, several hospitals, and shopping centers.
