Neighborhood info

We are located in the neighborhood of Harbourdale/ Rio Vista areas of Fort Lauderdale. Very local very South Florida. The architect changes from property to property, old and new. It's a safe great neighborhood to live or stay in. Very walkable to restaurants, stores, and coffee houses. Within walking distance to the world famous Las Olas Boulevard and downtown areas. And less than three miles to the beach, the renowned city of Wilton Manors, the Fort Lauderdale- Hollywood International Airport, and the Cruise Ship ports.
