About the HostHi, we’re Gary and Marianne — longtime Palacios locals passionate about sharing our slice of the Texas coast! We’ve lived and worked here for over 30 years. We cherish the hometown feel, the peaceful pace, and especially our incredible views of Tres Palacios Bay. Several years ago, we renovated a home that had been hit by a hurricane — transforming it into a relaxing coastal getaway filled with beachy colors, breezy vibes, and thoughtful touches. That project sparked a passion, and we've since expanded. We now host three vacation rentals (and counting!) all in an amazing location with full views of Tres Palacios Bay, which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. In 2021, we restored a 1920s, 4,300 sq ft barn — now our fully renovated barndominium, complete with a charming apartment in the back. Each space we create is designed with coastal flair and a deep love for this special place we call home.
