Company info

We own several units in this 12-unit Condo building as well as manage units for other owners. We have been enjoying meeting folks from all over the country and Canada for several years. We want to make sure that everyone that visits with us have an enjoyable time and we are always as close as your phone and respond to guests quickly. Our house rules are simple and designed to ensure you and other guests have a great time. The best part is that we have folks coming back year after year. We hope you become one of our returning guests.

Property info

Our property is less than 1/2 block to the sand and boardwalk where it all happens. The nice thing about our unit is that it's self contained with a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Coffee pot, service settings for 4, pots/pans, we supply initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Our unit includes linens and towels. For a "cozy" place it works well for 2/3 adults with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a full size pull out in the living area. There is a small 3/4 bath with access to the bedroom and living room. Sliders off the living area and separate entry off the bedroom. Parking is provided for 1 vehicle in our compact carport. We also have an on-site coin operated laundry room. Units do not have ocean views.

Neighborhood info

G Street is 1/2 block off the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, with long sandy beaches, tons of entertainment venues, shops, arcades, restaurants, bars, It's the hottest spot on the New Hampshire seacoast. The Hampton Beach Casino is right around the corner and is host to some of the biggest names in entertainment. Live entertainment at the Seashell stage which is right on the beach and fireworks every Wednesday during the summer. There is something for everyone in the neighborhood and you'll meet folks who've been coming to this beach for decades.
