Condo/Hotel on the beach, less than half a mile from shops, restaurants, groceries. Biscayne Blvd also half mile away (Gulf stream mall, Mardi Gras casino) and about 15 minutes from the Hard Rock and 25 min from FLL airport. Just a great area of Miami Beach…. Resort fee: pool/gym Included in 6+ nights For less than 6 nights the resort fee (pool/gym) isn’t included but the beach access is free (from the side of the building) and even the pool/gym is sometimes accessible but not guaranteed unless resort fee paid. Please either leave your phone contact when requesting a booking so I can respond (when/if necessary) to your enquiry or make sure to text me personally on the site so we can communicate there. I cannot coordinate handing you the room keycards without some sort of direct communication. Thank you.
