Beautiful 4 bed 2.5 bath home, 5 minute walk to boat access, boaters welcome with their boats and toys, refreshing intercoastal breeze & amazing sunsets. Convenient to shops, restaurants and Surf City and Topsail Beaches. Relax on one of the two large spacious decks, or sit around the fire in the spacious fenced in back yard. Prepare meals in our fully stocked coastal themed kitchen. Large driveway allows 4 vehicles boat and trailer. 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with an additional queen size Murphy's bed in the entertainment room. 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 queen bed in guest room one and one full sized bed in guest room two. NO PETS

As your host, I’m committed to providing a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained space. I value clear communication and do my best to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.

Family friendly neighborhood. The property is two blocks away from Hampstead Boating Access Area as well as Sloop Point Boat Storage. Great spot to push off on the boat or kayaks and paddle boards. Fenced in back yard, fire pit and charcoal grill is great for outdoor gatherings. House on well and septic system.
