Cozy and Modern 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo in the heart of the Victorian Starland District of Savannah. Our 1st floor open plan unit has 12' ceilings and is fully equipped with modern amenities, office/work area, large open spaces and an outdoor courtyard with patio seating. Our kitchen & bath are fully stocked and are perfect for your mini-vacation or long-term stay. Conveniently located in a transitioning hip diverse urban area of downtown Savannah, we are walking distance to all that the Starland District and the Bull Street corridor have to offer.
I live locally and work/own a business in downtown Savannah. I am a SCAD graduate who fell in love with Savannah while attending college and just never left. I enjoy hosting and sharing this beautiful city with everyone.
The Starland area is an up-and-coming area of the Victorian District of downtown Savannah. We have an ever growing and changing landscape of old homes being renewed, some family-owned local businesses and new fledgling shops, restaurants, stores and venues. All within walking distance of our property. We are less than a mile from Forsythe Park, and just blocks from Starland Yard, multiple SCAD buildings, Victory North and less than 2 miles from the downtown Historic District and the Savannah River.
