Two first-floor sitting rooms and a traditional front porch offer space to relax and enjoy people-watching. A second-floor sunroom provides a quiet spot for reading or work, and a private backyard patio offers a peaceful retreat. The second floor features four bedrooms, including two with ensuite baths and a third with a large clawfoot tub. Two third-floor bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with rooftop views.
