The fine print
We now accept cash upon check-in. If a guest is paying with cash or a debit card, please let the guest now that we do require a deposit for incidentals. If using a debit card, we will authorize their credit card for incidentals. The hold will release after the guest has checked out. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on debit or check card. We do suggest you use a credit card at check in for the pre-authorization hold .
Guest credit card will be pre-authorize after 18:00 on the day of arrival. Any reservation with an invalid and/or declined credit card that does not satisfy booking requirements will automatically be canceled.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of $60 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
