Property info

This renovated basement apartment offers a complete private space. Private bedroom, private bathroom, private living room and kitchenette. You also have your own private entrance. Washer/dryer available on upper level for long terms guests only. The space is kept comfortable with A/C or heat as the weather changes. We are close to downtown, the park is 2 blocks away, lake is 5 minutes drive and public transportation is a stone throw away. Local restaurants, supermarkets and Theater are all within 5 minutes. External Security cameras are present.
