No Pets Allowed. This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is situated east of highway 1, and the endless beach at Pico Creek, a favorite surfing spot in San Simeon. Home of the famous Hearst Castle, it's easy to see why William Randolf Hearst chose this spot on the Central Coast to build his home. Just south of Arroyo Laguna, where the Elephant Seals gather, you're surrounded by ranchland. The town of San Simeon offers shops & dining, and is only 6 miles north of Cambria, known for it's antique shops, local artist galleries, resturants and specialty shops.
