Cozy Cottage near Historic downtown and The Art District of Ocala. Only 12 miles from World Equestrian Center. Lots of natural light and spacious well lit kitchen and dining area. Charm encapsulated in a charming cottage atmosphere. All the amenities you need including a grill, smoker, piano, air fryer, 12 cup coffee and espresso maker, blender, rice cooker, pots/pans/utensils to name a few. Brand New Stainless Steel Appliances. Marble Top Dining table (seats 6). Piano in dining room. Comfy reclining sofas and Fire TV in living room with TV with Firestick in bedroom with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix 1080p Ultra HD included. Sits on 3/4 acre lot with a fenced in back yard. Ring Alarm System with sensors on every door and window.
