This cozy attic studio is located directly on Main Street in the heart of Tannersville, NY. Enjoy this intimate space while watching the snow fall above you or while enjoying a cup of coffee before taking a stroll through Main Street. This apartment is conveniently located and is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops that the Village of Tannersville has to offer. All while being a 5-minute drive to Hunter Mountain and a 15-minute drive to Windham Mountain! THE SPACE: This brand new studio unit is one of four in the building and is located on the third floor. The space includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with a walk-in shower), and an efficiency kitchen that offers a stove top, microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The building itself has just undergone a major renovation and will also soon be home to a restaurant which will fill the first floor. The property is in the center of town and walking distance to everything that Tannersville has to offer! Just to name a few, Last Chance Cheese Shop, The Pantry on Main, Slopes Nightclub, Rooted Flower Shop, Jolie Mountain Top Spa, and Camp Catskill all surround the property.
