Located on 3rd Street, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning open bay views and a front-row seat to unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony. Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two cozy queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, and you'll enjoy the added convenience of in-unit laundry and complimentary WiFi. Sheets, towels, and a starter supply of essentials including toiletries, paper products, cooking basics, and cleaning supplies are all provided to make your stay stress-free. Spend your days lounging by the outdoor pool overlooking the bay, or take a short stroll to 3rd Street Park next door, where you'll find playgrounds, basketball courts, a skate park, and occasional outdoor movies during the summer. You're just minutes from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and all the action downtown Ocean City has to offer. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this bayfront condo is your ideal home base for a memorable coastal vacation. Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum 35 fee. Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
