“The cute cozy river house worked out perfect for my family. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. It was the perfect location to enjoy seeing our friends in the area and close enough to the river to play all day and later go to Laughlin, NV...”

Make some memories at our cozy and family-friendly place. This is not a 5 star resort but it's a clean, fun and relaxing place to stay. 3 minutes to Rotary Park where you can launch your water toys, fish, go to the skate park and more! 15 minutes to Laughlin and 40 minutes to visit the donkeys in Oatman! Master bedroom has queen bed Guest bedroom has bunk beds with a full size futon on the bottom and twin bed on the top Den has a futon that's a little bigger than a twin bed
