Cypress Grove - Located on the waterfront of the Dog River. Located 10 minutes away from downtown Mobile and 40 minutes from Dauphin Island. Fishing, Kayaking, boating, water activities are all accessible from the property. Perfect home for multiple families to getaway together and reconnect. Western exposure for wonderful romantic Sunset views across the river. ** The pool is equipped with a pool heater that is available as an optional add-on fee. When the pool heater is chosen, it is not a hot tub and I don't want you disappointed. The heater will warm up the water to 85 degrees. If it is winter time and cold outside this temperature can still feel cold to some people.** **BOAT/BOAT RENTAL NOT INCLUDED** NO HOT TUB AT LOCATION**
