There are no shared indoor spaces except the entryway, offering a fully self-contained experience. These are required within 3 days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.
