Brother, uncle, home renovator and general contractor, dog servant, and Salvation Army bell ringer. Thanks for booking, the airbnb units are constantly evolving and we strive to host a valuable and comfortable stay. I'm around fixing properties in the neighborhood, not far away if you need me.

Property info

Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes are new. Upgraded appliances and finishes, very comfortable, very nice if you're looking for something nicer than most. Only shared room is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don't want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you'll have the whole place. Neighborhood info

Great neighborhood with a nice large park across the street with walking paths, another great park right down the street (mineral springs), and a golf course and downtown are just a few short blocks away. Two feet and a heart beat, drive, or call Straight River Taxi, or SMART Bus.
