Things to Know Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties. A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter. Firewood is not provided but is readily available for purchase in town.
