The home is ideal for any season, whether hitting the slopes at Gunstock Ski Resort a few miles away, swimming at one of the nearby Lake Winnipesaukee beaches, or indulging in the incredible sunsets and mountain views from the deck. This house features a central location near tons of great year-round activities and attractions. It also boasts two furnished decks for prime outdoor living and a seasonal barbecue grill that is provided for summertime cookouts. The home is only a few miles from Ellacoya State Beach, making sandy excursions easily accessible. Gunstock Ski Resort boasts many outdoor activities year-round, including skiing, tubing, mountain biking, and ziplining. The Belknap Mountain Range and Mount Major also feature breathtaking views and hiking trails close to home. You can catch in-season concerts at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, about five miles away. After the day's adventures, take a soak in the hot tub or kick back on one of the decks to take in the sunset and striking mountain views. Conveniently, each floor of your vacation home features ideal spaces to lounge while watching your favorite streaming services on one of the two smart TVs. The full kitchen comes ready and equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils for preparing and serving family-style feasts with ease. There's also a dishwasher included for easy cleanup. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of 500 dollars will be assessed for any violators. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
