The cabin is fully equipped with modern comforts including a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, high-speed internet, big-screen TV, and video games—perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy making a campfire out front, feeding the friendly animals out back, or collecting fresh eggs for breakfast to start the day right. We’re a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip, and we’d love to share a glimpse of ranch life with you. Our property is completely off the grid, powered by solar and supplied with fresh well water. You’ll be surrounded by friendly animals, including horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats, and cattle. The rooster may greet you in the morning, and if you enjoy animals, you’re welcome to pet or help feed them. **Please note: Our well water is clean and safe, though it sometimes carries a natural odor—we also provide complimentary bottled water. Wildlife is part of the ranch experience. While we don’t see them often, snakes (mostly harmless blow snakes, but rattlesnakes are native), non-poisonous scorpions, coyotes, and other critters occasionally pass through. At 5,000 feet in elevation, we enjoy all four seasons, making each visit a unique experience. We’re also just 15 minutes from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, a perfect spot for adventure and sightseeing.
